Alan’s team built a beautiful bathroom and closet for us. Some difficulties arose beyond anybody’s control and he worked diligently to make sure all issues were resolved to our complete satisfaction, including our requests to change designs mid-job. His quoting process is thorough and detailed and his scheduling gives you an idea of the timeline of aspects of the project. Highly recommend.

Great work done from start to finish! Very experienced & qualified installers doing the work. Challenges to the infrastructure including damaged sub flooring, crooked walls, electrical challenges with aluminum wiring, plumbing, load bearing walls requiring additional supports all resolved. The owner & crew worked well with my design & let me subcontract the floor installation and purchase all the appliances wherever I preferred. Enjoyed the communication & no one minded the 101 questions I had about everything along the way. Pricing was very reasonable & work was completed 2 weeks prior to the estimated completion date. Alan (owner) took pictures & you can see the completed project on his website. The kitchen is blue & white so you will not be able to miss it. Highly recommend their consideration for remodeling.

We worked with B&B Contracting on our kitchen renovation and cannot recommend Alan Billingsley and his group highly enough. From the initial meet-and-greet, we had a gut feeling that Alan’s company was the right choice. Still, a kitchen reno is a giant decision, so we sought multiple estimates – 7 to be exact – across a wide range of options from partial reno to total reno to refacing. Again and again throughout that process, Alan rose to the top and not only because his pricing is reasonable (which it is). Alan was quicker to respond to questions, unfailingly polite, patient, and really seemed invested in our happiness. By the time we signed the contract for a full demo/renovation, we knew we had made the right decision. Alan and Tiffany were efficient with all the paperwork and stayed in touch re: all administrative steps leading up to the actual start date. Once the job started, we were lucky enough to meet Pert, Kevin, Michael, and Billy. Pert and Kevin handled the day-to-day demo/rebuild, Michael addressed plumbing, and Billy dealt with all the electrical work. Renovating a kitchen can be a huge disruption, but these gentlemen kept it running smoothly and minimized the chaos. Polite, neat, trustworthy, and knowledgeable, these professionals are collectively the total package. Over the course of the project, Alan stayed in touch; addressed minor issues along the way; worked with/around our flooring and cabinet contractors; and peppered almost every conversation with the phrase “I just want you guys to be happy”. This was our second renovation with B&B and with the results exceeding our expectations. Alan, the owner, is an excellent communicator, pays very careful attention to details, and keeps things moving along. An example is my emailing him with a paint color on Sunday night which resulted in a painter at our house on Monday. We had two layers of paneling taken off of the walls in our family room and had them replaced with drywall and paint. We also had a new hall floor installed as well as a wood banister and hall closet doors. I had new paneling in mind but am so glad we went with Alan’s design since he had much more vision than I did. He also suggested a great upgrade for the top of our fireplace which now has a quartz top and new wooden base. Alan also recommended LED recessed lighting which made such a huge difference to a room which gets little sun and only had one table and one floor lamp before. Such a wonderful plus. We had a lot of work done with paneling removal being very messy. Rich and Rob did an amazing, meticulous job. They were very careful with each part of the project, kept us informed of daily progress, and cleaned up everything before they left for the day. We highly recommend B&B Contracting!

We had extensive water damage to our kitchen floor due to our refrigerator’s ice cube maker water line leaking under the floor. Pert and Kevin from B&B Contracting did an excellent job of building the rotted floor back up and laying the new tile. It turned out beautiful! Very happy with the end result.

I needed my basement bathroom upgraded and was going to work with the company who installed my egress. After being told that I had to purchase all materials upfront and being left hanging without receiving clarity on when and exactly what materials to purchase which I didn’t like, I began researching for someone else to do the job. I came across B&B Contracting, I liked the reviews I read and gave them a call. During the walkthrough after explaining what was going on and what my brother and I wanted done, it was stated there was an idea of the issue, but because it was unknown exactly until construction began, the cost may increase based on what was discovered. In addition, everything will be done to keep the cost down as much as possible. I appreciated that because some contractors do not warn you of a potential price increase. On the day construction began, the workers were friendly and respectful. Even the gentleman who dropped off the dumpster was friendly and placed the dumpster as I requested. Each day construction ended, we received a status report and what was going to happen the next day. They also told us the expected arrival time. What I really liked about working with B&B Contracting is the upfront honesty. The plumber was able to pinpoint the issue and made the correction. Throughout this process, we learned of the many corners that were cut when the bathroom was initially installed that B&B Contracting workers were able to correct. Now we have a fully functional full bathroom (was unable to use the shower prior to upgrade). The best part was that I did not have to go out and purchase all the materials on my own, especially since I had no idea of all that was needed. B&B Contracting connected me with Allura Bath and Kitchen, and Kennett Company to purchase the materials and shower door. This made things much easier because all needed was explained to me. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase items not needed/wanted. I have already received estimates for my next upgrades from B&B Contracting. I highly recommend this company.

They are professional, hard working, respectful of our home and transformed our bathroom! Pert kept us up to date on what was accomplished each day and what was going to be done the next day. B&B Contracting just completed my kitchen renovation. They did an excellent job. (I used them a couple of years ago for renovating my bath and powder room.) We’re nearing the end of our remodel journey and we can’t say enough good things about B & B contracting. From the time the owner, Alan came to our house to see what needed to be done I felt comfortable with this company. Our primary bath was in need of a remodel and the upstairs hall bath was in need of being finished. Just had B & B Contracting do an retrofit of an old custom installed kitchen fan. Not a simple straightforward job. You would require a carpenter and an electrician. Alan’s team did the tedious and awkward job in about a day-re-custom fitting a new fan. Extremely professional and very competent. They are now first on my list for an future remodeling work!

I just got finished my 5th project with B&B and couldn’t be happier! They redid the kitchen floors, updated the main bathroom and extended the half bath info a full bath. They were very communicative throughout the entire process.

Alan and his crew did a major kitchen renovation for us and we couldn’t be happier. They did a bathroom reno back for us in 2019 and we didn’t hesitate to call them again for this bigger project. B& B Contracting installed 800 square feet of porcelain tile on my basement concrete floor. Each tile was 6 inches by 24 inches. The area was actually 3 rooms with many angles and notches. Pert and Kevin were the installers. They did a fantastic job. Before starting, they did a layout plan so that the last row of tile did not end up with a thin strip that was not parallel to the wall. The tiles had a pattern, so throughout the install, they randomized the tiles for best look. All grout lines were straight in both directions. I paid a little more to get a perfect install and that is exactly what I got. This is the 3rd time I used B&B and plan to use them again.

We had a great experience with B&B, they were friendly and knowledgeable. The owner Alan took time and care during the initial estimate, relayed all the information to his team, they showed up informed and perpared to do the work. The demo was done in a way that left no dust or debris. Javy the drywall contractor even offered to come back for an hour Thanksgiving morning to get the job finished so we could continue with our project that was kicking of thenfollowing day. All in all a great experience. Will use them again for my future contractor needs.
